I’m Loving Life

I’m loving life.

Even more now,
when I’m hardly challenged,
when the days are quiet
and nothing feels particularly extraordinary.

I’m still loving it.

Maybe because, for once,
I’m not asking life to be more
than what it is.

I wake up.
I breathe.
I exist.
I notice the little things.

And somehow,
that’s enough to make me smile.

I don’t know how long
this season will last.

So for now,
I’m just here—
loving life while I still can.
